Scenic Northwestern Colorado is home to all levels of hiking and mountain biking trails. Take in spectacular views from atop Hahns Peak itself or take a more leisurely route around the banks of Steamboat Lake. Whatever activity is chosen the backdrop of Routt National Forest will enhance each adventure.

In nearby Steamboat Springs, catch a hot air balloon ride or whiz down Howelson's alpine slide. Enjoy the cowboy's tradition of rodeos all summer, or if spectators' sports aren't your thrill, put on your best cowboy hat and horseback ride into the sunset.
Hahns Peak, located in North Western Colorado, receives more than 325" of annual snowfall a year. At elevations of 8,000 – 10,000+ feet above sea level, our champagne powder is world famous. With thousands of acres of National Forest at your door step, we have prime snowmobiling for you powder hounds. Steamboat Lake State Park, directly across the road, offers 150 miles of groomed snowmobile trails, 9 miles of classic and skate ski trails and a non-motorized trail system for snowshoers. Our nearby high alpine lakes, Hahns Peak Lake, Pearl Lake, and Steamboat Lake are brim with trout for ice fishers.
